Dear Parents,                                                                       Rabbit Class 2026-2027

My name is Mrs Evans, and I am really excited to be your child’s class teacher for the year ahead; we are going to have lots of fun together creating new experiences and making friends.

Our vision is to create a warm, nurturing school-based nursery where children feel safe, valued, and are free to explore.

Our new outdoor environment will be at the heart of our learning all year round. We will be outdoors every day come rain or shine. 

Children will develop a connection and love for the natural world by growing things, and exploring and learning about seasonal changes.

Through play, outdoor learning and hands-on experiences, we will inspire curiosity, independence and a love of nature. Children will be encouraged to investigate, ask questions, solve problems, take healthy risks and get muddy!!

Alongside this, we will provide a calm, caring environment where your children can build strong and trusted relationships, develop their independence, and learn to care for themselves, each other and their village community.

We want every child in Rabbit class to feel a strong sense of belonging, wonder and joy as they grow, learn and flourish together.
