The School opens at 8.40am to allow time for your child to be settled before learning begins.

The School day starts at 8.50am and finishes at 3.15pm. 

It is important to the children and the school that we have good attendance and punctuality therefore please ensure your children are on time. Lessons and learning commence immediately after registration. 

• A member of staff will be on duty from 8.40am. Please drop your children off from this time unless your children are pre-booked into Breakfast Club and are already in school. Children will enter the building via the side entrance. Please arrive for registration at 8.50am to ensure a prompt start to the school day.

• The school day ends at 3.15pm when parents should be in the school playground to collect their children unless they are attending and pre-booked into After-school club.

• Children from all classes will be handed directly to parents unless it has been pre-arranged they can walk home (only applicable to Y6 children).

• We encourage all parents and friends who might be collecting, to come in and wait on the yard - chatting to each other and making your own network is an important part of school life for you and your children. We discourage waiting on the street as it is a narrow exit and there can be traffic leaving the surgery and pulling out onto the road so do take care.

• Dogs are not permitted on the school playground so if you do bring a dog, please wait outside the school gate.
